How much does shipping cost for full-sized bicycles?
We offer flat-rate shipping of $49 for all mountain and road bikes within the continental US. Smaller components and accessories ship for a flat rate of $9.99, or free on orders over $150.
Do bikes arrive fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, and pedals. We include a basic multi-tool and step-by-step instructions with every bike order.
What is your return policy for cycling gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used helmets or custom-built wheelsets.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
Yes! If you live near one of our partner service centers, you can select 'Local Pro Assembly' at checkout. We will ship the bike to the shop, and they will tune it and fit it to you for a small additional fee.
How do I know which frame size is right for me?
Every product page includes a detailed sizing chart based on rider height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more technical control or sizing up for increased stability.
What payment methods do you accept?
Washo's Bike Shop accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. We also offer interest-free financing through Affirm for high-performance bike purchases.
