Returns & Exchanges

At Washo's Bike Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or use our guest tracking tool to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original box along with the packing slip, ensuring that all components, manuals, and tools are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
